well,pretty much, find a nice spot to vendor, make sure your items are worth buying,have decent prices,and a catchy title.

You have to spend real money on SparkCash for that. There are premium items in the Fiesta Store that add sales slots. Any Store house has 10 sales slots rather than 5 for the standard mushroom house, and Sign of Tycoon adds additional sales slots to any house.

No, your lvl has nothing to do with it. The shops that you see that have more than 5 slots available for selling items have been pumped up with sparkcash items, whether it be a mini-house with a store premium on it or sign of the tycoon, which adds more slots to your in-game house.
The ONLY way, as of now, to get more slots in your store is to invest in some sparkcash.
