I Can't buy SC and I'm gettin Charged for it.WTH >_>

Hey I've been trying to buy SC with my $25 Visa gift card recently and it keeps saying that my card is invalid. Turns out,when i went to register it on the visa website to check it out,it says that i made 15 transactions and all of them are from trying to buy SC,plus for each transaction I made, a dollar was taken off my card. Now I'm down to $10.15. How are the hell in the world can that be if I still have no SC?*** is up with that?Not only have I emailed Outspark about it several days ago,I've also tried getting a GM to speak to me in the game and all I got was a freaking chat ban. What is going on here :mad:

Did you submit a ticket (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35519) explaining your situation? I think it's the CSRs who mostly handle those kind of issues. I had a billing problem not long ago (similar to what you described) and got a reply a couple days after I submitted one (regarding the $.99 being taken off with each transaction, they told me it was something called an 'authorization' and that it should drop within 7-10 days).

You should submit a ticket, though, just in case. Also, you might have better luck posting this in the "Support" section.

Because of the type of transaction it may take a day or two to process. I know that sometimes my visa takes up to 3 days to process a transaction. Instead of repeatedly trying to buy SC wait a few days, check the card, and if it still hasn't shown up speak to a CSR (support@outspark.com) regarding your situation.

Also, replies from Support are not immediate, they are addressed on a first come first serve basis. Hopefully your situation will be resolved soon <3
