Is world DJ shouting 5000 times in 1 hour or what in what time limit??? Cause in 1 hour that means shouting once per 0.72 seconds...

It's shouting 1,000 times in the time period of 1 hour. Making it a whopping 1 shout every 3.6 seconds.

I would try for Echo Cave or Ancient Elven Woods. Those two are mostly uninhabited locales. EC is good for lowbie players and AEW would be good for the higher levels that are bored and wanting the title.

I just can't picture anyone shouting like this without the use of an AI program. :p
I'd probably do it slowly, 1000 shouts per day within an hour and etc.

Forest of Slumber > Ancient Elven Woods

Ancient Elven Woods is becoming more populated over the last week or so. Forest of Slumber is practically deserted. You only get like 5 people going in that stage a day as of now so the chances of you getting the World DJ title without getting reported are around 90%

Haven't been to Forest of Slumber yet. I'll have to give that zone a look.

Windy Cave is also another good place, at least by my experience it's always deserted.

1. its more than 1000 shouts
2. its definetly a couple ours because the cooldown between shouts is like 5 seconds
