Well, first...posting in the right section might help.

I'm assuming you mean the Set Pieces in Fiesta. They are a rare drop, but they can drop in any map from any mob. Best bet is probably going to be in the abyss. I have heard that they are also given in the PvP KQ but I have not seen any myself.

They're keeping it. However, to avoid confusion in the future I would suggest reading the Forum Rules before posting :)

hmm well from my experience ,i;ve gotten 11 set pieces from the dungeon bosses, from King Malrone all the way upto the giant harpy, havent tried Guardian Master yet :3

you can also get some from PvP KQ if you get 1st place.

Hate them though, no stats, non-tradable and non-storageable.

I got a lvl 55 ring (can't remember the name) just from harvesting silver for a quest. This is the only blue set item I have ever got.

they should let you sell the items to ppl i only got 1 set the bone set i think it was.

To get blue equipment east is to bomb abyss with a high level mage. I went to level 30 abyss and my guild master ported in (hes level 89) and destroyed everything for 3 hours...we got 2 blue items for level 20 fighters

You realize there are level restrictions on the abyss and that porting your guild master in is a violation of the ToS as it exploits a bug?

Okay, either I'm stupid or I don't think I get this at all...probably the first one. xD Anyways, how in the world did your guild master get in the level 30 abyss if he's level 89? And what does porting/ported/port-whatever do or means? Just outta curiousity btw.

Ok porting means teleporting. Basically a master of a guild can telelport to an academy member, even into the level 30 abyss.
