Whats Academy, monarch. and another question

EDIT: I've not played for at least a year, so back when I did play all you could do was make a guild... >.> lol

I did look for these questions, and they were answered but I still dont quite understand.


1) Whats a guild compared to an Academy?

2) What is a monarch exactly? Is it like asking the leader of another guild to be under yours kind of like how the Medieval days were set up? You weaker guild is set up in the monarch of another more powerfull guild under the promise they'll protect you?

3) Are the rankings in the guild implemented yet? Like the Guard Corp. etc.?

Anyone?? I'd really like to know because I have a guild.. I'm pretty useless leader if I dont even know what the basics are..

3). I've seen some of this rankings in my guild (Guard, Council, etc): I don't really know what are they for, but I've heard the guards are suposse to protect the master, this means, if the master dies thay will lose exp. I haven't confirm this info, but that's what I've heard.

All I know is Guild help to fight in guild war. Admin help to recrute and they can be assigned as Academy master also suppose to be 2nd in command. Council is 3rd in command on whatever.

I wonder if there is any definition anywhere.

would be nice to have clear cut thing on what each is by the dev's. Every thread so far has at least 3 diff things for what each is/does.. Its confusing..
