How do you get a hold of a GM? Need help bad!

When going on one of my characters and getting spark cash items out of the special inventory slot I accidently clicked the dragon pack and it was on the wrong character. Is there anyway to put them back or transfer them since they have not beed equipped at all? If I can't then why not? There is no reason as to why this can't be done and sparck cash items should be transferable within storage if the time has not been activated. :( I won't be able to get it again for a long time if I can't!

You cannot return the CS items back into the CS bag, and I've always wondered why we can't put it back if we haven't used it. It's annoying having them on the wrong char. I think Perma-items should be able to be placed into storage but we can't everything we want.

I dont think they will really do anything for that, they could delete the pack you used and give you a new one I suppose, but at any rate submit a ticket at http://support.outspark.com/index.php. A CSR will get back to you within like 24 hours
