War bug?

Cloud9 Can not heal anyone in Illuminati.
Illuminati Can also attack me but I can not attack back.
I keep getting a message that says: Incorrect Target.
I tried relogging. Nothing.
We are also not at war with them at the moment.

Yup, GW bug unfortunately. I've found that I can't heal some members of previously warred guilds days later. I dont understand the reason behind this but I've come to assume its a bug of some sort.
