the game shuts it's self down

the game, if not touched for a periode of time, like 30 minuets/ 1 hour, will shut its self down for no apperant reason.
GMs, please find the source of this problem and fix it.
I have a good internet connection (DSL)1500kb downloade and 900kb uploade, so the problem shouldent be with me.
