Screenshot the threats as proof and send them to Support@Outspark.com.

As long as you don't give this person any information that can help them get into your account, you should be fine. But it's best to report them to be on the safe side.

Dear (GM) someone is trying to hack me in free battle zone1 heres wat happened i was trying to look for santa lost gifts and in one of the chest then i found a rupholf minin pet and i was so happy that i yelled i found a rulpho minnin pet then the boy fighter his name is:<Removed for Blacklisting>!! said in a whisper give me your minin rudplh or i will hack your accountbut i told hmm no and leave me alone but he didnt so i told my guild master he was therting me of hacking my account over a pet then he told no to worry about it because he doesent know any of my pernal things the like 5 mins later here he goes again your going to be hacked in 1 hour and im delelt all of your charecters he said and i have a vl 45 archer named zelda1 and i just got 7000 of sparkcash yeaterday now i may be hacked T T plz help me i dont want to get hacked plz gm. thankyou. im will cry forever feista is my life. =D plz help me T T T T crycry...

Just to clear some things up.

Do not post other user's names publicly on the forums accusing them of doing something. If you want to report a player it has to be done privately between yourself and Outspark.

Also, I'm not a GM. I'm a CL, I just clean up the forums and help users when I can.

It looks to me that he's just trying to scare you into getting your items. But Outspark takes threats such as this seriously.

To take a screenshot press the PrtSc button on your keyboard. From there the image should automatically save in your Fiesta Folder in your Documents. If you can't find it there, open up MS Paint click on Edit and then Paste. Save the image and then you'll have proof of the harassment and threats.

After you have an image you can either Submit a Ticket (http://support.outspark.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit) or Email Support@Outspark.com and insert the image in there. Also be sure to include your IGN, Server, Name of the person you're reporting, a brief summary of the situation and approximate time it occurred. The ticket will be reviewed and the issue investigated when the Staff are back at the office after the weekend.

Until then you can right click this person's name in chat and block them so you won't have to worry about them spamming your whisper box with threats.

Sorry for asking so many questions but i have a laptop and i dont know how to copy my picture on the paint and put it on my email so i can send it to Support@Outspark.com how do i copy and paste it to my yahoo plz tell me

This guy is just trying to scare you. Its pretty hard for someone to be able to hack you just from knowing your ign. Don't worry, just report him and give him what he deserves ;)

If you've gotten the screenshot it should be saved to your clipboard. Just open up Paint and click on Edit. A drop box will appear with several options, click on the one that says Paste. And whatever was the last thing that was saved using PrtSc will appear.

You can also go to your Documents and look for the Fiesta Folder to see if the images are saved there.

Once you have an image saved, you can open up whichever email you prefer to use and use the attach file or photo options.

Submitting a ticket would probably be a little simpler for you. Both end up at the same place.

Cl i went to att files on my yahoo and it took me to these 4 or 5 blocks and it said i could browers a picture so it showed me my screen shot and i clicked on it then it said please wait while we put your picture to youryahoo messagethen it finshed loading. above where it says i can att more pictures it had my picture that i guss i put on my message but i cant see the picture of screen shot on my yahoo unless i cant see but when i send it to u u should probaly see it ?_?

I've found the easiest way to deal with screenies is to upload them through a site like tinypic or webshots and then send them to support@outspark.com using the code they provide.

Sounds like you inserted the image in an attached file. It's not supposed to show up on the email, it will only show up when someone clicks on the file.

I can't see any emails or Tickets send to Support. I'm not a CSR so I have no authorization to look into it. If you followed all of my directions I've given you previously it should have worked out fine.

OK I SENT IT WITH TIME,DATE,,NAME,WHERE,SERVER,MYNAME, so i guss they will deal with it for now right XD and thxs alot u 2 and KEEP IT COOL AND I WANT LVL TIPS LOL I STRUGGLE
