Can't log in in Laucher screen

The Play button is Grey, even the Play button borders are grey, and i tried clicking it but nothing happens' i have my username and password ready but it's like disabled or something, the launcher still pop ups, help please with the button

Do you have a firewall up? That sometimes seems to be a root cause of many closing and not able to connect issues.

no, I meant when i press the button, nothing happens, the launcher is still up

Alright, what kind of system specs do you have? That is usually where we start and work from there.

- How much RAM?
- What kinda video card?
- Are you using a Firewall?

There's more questions but I want to see the above before I or the others here continue. :)

umm no, i still cant get in the game, the only thing that keeps me away is the PLAY button, it seems disabled

Ok, this is going to sound really stupid of me but did you put in your user name and PW before trying to click on the play button? I can't think of anything else at this point that would keep the box grey like that. Usually if its anything mentioned before, it would mean a fault in the PC system somewhere but this one is still new to me. >.<

Umm, i got an idea, oh yeah, i tried putting my information in, but it wont work, OK BACK TO MY IDEA, ill restart my Computer, this usually works so every program works properly after every installed program being restarted

i tried allowing it in my firewall, still doesnt work. restarted my comp..still doesnt work. I cant figure it out and my bf DL'd it the same way i did and has no problems. Please help.
