Christmas Quest is crazy

The fact that u have to go to free battle zone is crazy! The fact that all lower ppl cant complete quest, for the simple fact that everyone else is killing them, just to get the goods, something should be done like a truce for so many hours no one hit anyone else so that they can complete their quest would be nice. I have seen so many ppl wanting to quit playing because of this issue.

Maybe you not a CL but you act correct :)
I have think a little about this situation and reach interesting conclusion.
Perhaps devs (according to one of the GMs posts) give us chance to consolidate this community.
We all known what is going on in BZ 1 and 2 then high levels witch DO NOT condone such acting (i hope that such people are still here :) )in order to rescue thier image (witch is as much scratched as staff itself for implementing those quests) shoould create BattleZones Militia and clear such areas from bullies.
One or two high levels dont stand a chance against group of bullies but whole party of high levels can easy gunned down any bully.
I see here great role for archers and thier snipping skills and mages whit directed ranged attacks(AOEs are good if first attack area will be free from lowbies warned before such party will start "beat the bully" event ;) ).
