Alright, I had this problem and I just did something simple to fix it.
*I USE WINDOWS XP* So for those Vista users having this problem I dont know if it will help you at all.
Ill just list the simple steps that I did and you can try and see if they work for you.
1.) Download the latest client off the website.
2.) Unzip your .zip and put the installer whereever you want to.
3.) Run OutsparkFiesta.1.2.60b (This is the installer.)
4.) Make sure Desktop shortcut and Quicklaunch shortcut *ARE NOT CHECKED*.
5.) Install to C/Program Files/Outspark
6.) Go into your Outspark folder and go to the folder named Launcher.
7.) You should see an exe called outspark and under it, it will say
TODO: <file description>
TODO: <company name>
8.) Run this file and let the patches download like normal.
9.) Before you put your name/pass in and hit play go back to Outspark folder and go into Fiesta. Then put your account info and hit play. This way you can see if the launcher deletes any of your data files.
10.) Hopefully it worked and your game is running. :]
