Can't Log Onto The Game

hey whenever i try to log onto the game it says connections to servers have failed every time :( does anybody know how to fix this problem i really wanna play Fiesta

It means that something on your system is blocking the connection to the server
It could be a firewall issue. Try turning off your firewall and restart the game.

nope my firewall is off and so is my anti virus auto protect and still wont work

any other ideas iv tried everything...re downloading the game turn off firewall like u said and anti virus auto protect, i sent a ticket in but its been a week and no reply i wanna play fiesta dangit :mad:

Man how long does it take for them to reply to your ticket :confused: sent a ticket in tellin them about how it says connection to servers have failed every time i log in and they replyed once tellin me to give them some info i sent them the info they asked for and now its been like a week since they replyed again with the answer to whats wrong
