How do you know which NPCs are offering quests you can complete? I'm not used to this sort of camera angle (actually, can you change that too?) and it's kind of a pain trying to find NPCs to talk to only to find I'm X levels away from being able to actually complete any of their quests.
Also, could someone tell me about the different classes? Just a brief overview would be nice and any help would be appreciated. :)

I don't know if the camera view can be changed but there are a couple things you can do with it. You can zoom in and out. To do that hold the ctrl key and press either - or +. You can also change like the angle a bit. Hold down the shift key, left click and then move the mouse up and down.
Squire- Up close and personal. Can possibly carry more weight than any other character. Based on how you set your stats. Slashes away at the mob with great power. Good defense.
Neophyte- Also up close and personal. Neo's are little speed demons. As you go up in levels they get faster, and start to have amazing dodge. Meaning alot of the monsters barely hit you.
Apprentice- Attacks from a distance. Casts magic attacks to obliterate monsters. They have pretty low defense, so make sure the monsters don't reach you.
Acolyte- Also attacks from a distance. They pretty much do all the healing and buffing.
Scout- You can change to scout at lvl 45, if you choose neophyte. They attack from a distance with amazing speed and power.
Disciple- You can change to disciple at lvl 45, if you choose acolyte. They can self buff(cannot buff others). Also they can heal themselves and others with a skill call: Assist Heal. You get a couple better healing skills as you go up in levels. Up close and personal class too.
I hope that helped. If you have any more questions feel free to ask me ^.^

Well one way to tell about quests for your level is to pay attention to the messages that pop up when you level. They give you information on the new quests that become available to you. Another way is to buy the quest log book in the NPC item stores. They will give you the quests available to you on your current level. There is also a forum thread here that lists all the lower level quests available with message screen shots.
As for Camera angles, you can temorarily change it on the map by holding down the right mouse button and dragging the cursor across the screen. It will rotate the angle.
Now classes...this will be a very brief description...more detailed descriptions can be found in the Class discussion thread in this forums. There are six classes in the game, but four of them branch off from 2 lower level classes. The classes are Knight/Warrior, Mage/Wizard, Cleric/Priest, Scout/Archer, Rogue/Assassin, Disciple/Templar. The knight is the major Tank/Fighter character in the Game has High Defense and Damage. The Mage/Wizard is of course the magic user and does high damage, but has Low defense. The Cleric is the Support class of the game. They have the ability to Heal and Buff other players in the party as well as themselves, highly sought after, but difficult to solo level. Clerics often rely on parties to level because their attack abilities are limited. Scouts are the Bow and Arrow weilding characters in the game and are by far the quickest solo monster killers, they can kill individual monsters lightning fast and often level faster than the other characters, but their defense is among the worst...Sorry Scouts. The Rouge class are also very fast and are the Thief/killer class in the game without the ability to steal ^^. As seen from above they are really assassins. They have the ability to hide, have very fast movement and attacks. Their defense is among the low but often make up for it with their ability to dodge attacks. The Disciple class is a mix of fighter and healer class. They are the fighting cleric. But the ability to fight causes them to loose the ability to buff and directly heal others. They can buff themselves only, wich gives them the ability to solo adventure better than others. They also have assist heal that heals damage over time, and this can be cast on others. But to have these abilites, they have a slower attack rate and damage, as well as defense than other fighter classes. Scout/Archers and Rouge/Assassins branch from the Neophite class, and Cleric/Priests and Disciple/Templars branch from the Acolyte Class.
The following link has a list/links of many great guides that are available in this forum...hope this helps...

I pay attention to the messages that pop up but wouldn't one then have to write down what one gets? I mean, that's an awful lot to remember and Fiesta (the first OutSpark game I ever played) shows new quests on the map and I was surprised to find no such system on this game.
But thanks for your help guys. :)

As far as this, you can buy a quest book from the NPC and it will tell you the quests that you can do. You can buy this at any time, it costs 500 kron I believe. Not worth it in my opinion. It is just easier keeping the quest thread open on the browsers :)

to change camera angle, hold right button and rotate mouse. I have track ball so it's easy to use. now to keep those messages open, they won't open for very long. I agree that the quest books are waste of $$ but I can't seem to keep that email window open...

you can try taking a screen shot of the quest pop up and take your time looking at it
as for camera angle you can move your screen around the way that they already
explained or you can do a combination of alt+ctrl+shift while holding your left side
of the mouse button and moving your mouse up and down this moves the view
from up to down i know it seems complicated but i never remember the exact combination of keys so i just to all 3 ^^; ill edit later when i try it out again :P
