Need help with weapon titles

I added 2 weapon titles to my bow, and proceeded to kill 50 smart phinos.

Nothing happened when I killed 50. No new title, no upgrade in damage towards them....nothing.


How do you get it to work like its supposed to?

1st of licesnses are broken they dont offer more dmg vrs the mob I have tested this out alot.. 2nd are you farming the exact title it needs to be the exact name your fighting . also it slowly levels up you can c a % on your item.. you should get a base title anywase when you 1st put a licens in.. I woudnt worry to much about the titles.
