Why doesn`t the summon skill work?

Hi!
I got a problem at my archer, that when me with name ingame ModernNova at lvl 25 and my wife ingame _Irenecene02_ at lvl 15 are trying to use the summon skill, then nothing happens:confused:. when one of us are using the skill, then the other one is not getting any ask about move or not. So please if somoene can help my tell why it doesn`t work?
We are playing at Appoline server.

My summon skill wasnt working either. Sounds like it bugged.

I'm on Teva, and we're just wrapping from Elderine to Uruga.

The person sommoning get an error message: Cannot summon, your spouse isn't online.

(And of coz, he's online...)

I experienced the same thing. here's what happened.

Spouse was in Burning Rock, I was in CP1. Summon worked.

I scrolled to Eld, turned quest in, asked for summon back, it didn't work.

Once I was back in CP1, the summon Did work.

It seems like as long as you are both in the same map then it works... and apparently if the other person is in a "higher" map it works.

Same here, wife tried to summon me to eldy and it was a no go. WE both relogged still did not work.

when my husband in elderin and im in roumen ;p it buged around 1 weeks :S

summon dose not work for both of my married characters end up going through gates many times beofre summon will work for either me or my husband

anyone noticed theres many party bugs appearing aswell? Im thinking those two are related...

im having the same trouble with summon and im on epith server so dont think its server related. Its frustrating though!

o.o summon doesnt work in cities or from SeG and CP1 AEW or FoS =x you cant summon inside those maps your spouse will never receive the 'Summon' prompt

me and my spouse cant summon each other ither.... just now I used a scroll to go to Uugra and he was in LoT he was able to get my summon once after trying like 20 times and I never got his. Its ****en dumb they need to fix it right away because whats the point in having a skill when you cant even use it.
