I had some problems with enchanting, so someone said he would help me, but he ran away with all my stuff

can I report that guy somewhere??

I lost 25s, a lv 20fighter shield, 3elrue, 3lix, 2xir.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune.
But it is the truth my friend; strangers will always be strangers...

thats not much of a big loss. if worst comes to worst, just buy an uruga scroll, take a HUGE amount of eld scrolls, and sell them there in uruga for 5-7 silver each. u will have the money back in no time.
but yeah, don't trust strangers. if someone says "hey, can i try on ur weapon" or "I can enhance that for you" always know that they are being legit.

The player is accountable for all his/her action. You need to be more careful. Never trust anyone when it comes to enchanting.
If you cannot find an enchanter, do it yourself. If you don't want to spend IRL money, buy weapons/armors that are already enhanced. It's a lot of in game money but if you don't want to spend IRL that's the way to go without getting scammed.

I'm not sure if they will be able to get back your stuff though because like I said earlier, all players are held accountable for the activities in their accounts

Also, keep in mind that its during the weekend. Outspark office is closed during weekends so support will not be able to see your email until monday or tuesday (depending on how many emails they have received this weekend) :)
