game bug

im new and everytime i login i cant stay in the game fo at least 2 minutes it says something bout a bin file. Also while i was making this it doesnt even show a warnign its bout to turn off it jsut shuts the game down plz help im lost

check for viruses i think that's how i solved it when i had that probably 7 months ago so im not 100% sure
