yet again i run into another problem, i feel so bad for wasting peoples time for this. Sorry, but when I try to do the storage quest and they want me to talk to yozette. I click on him and his box shaped head and he says I need a ceritifcate for a map. Anyone know what to do about it?

It sounds like you have the skillmasters request quest already started. You need to follow it past this point, or delete it.

be careful what quest you have because some quest can get in the way of other quest

that really cant happen anymore since now the quest option menu? appear
but it seems like that quest is already started if you cant figure out where
you left off look in your quest bar [alt+Q] and read the quest info for that
quest it should tell you what step your on and who you need to talk to next
if that fails delete and start again its simple and you dnt need to get out
of that town -- hope that helps ^^
