Ok. Today I was playing, hopped to a nub mage i recently made. My friend p lvled me -because i was feeling lazy- and i was hopping to my main to p lvl him in return.

BUT all of my stuff gets stuck for 5 minutes, I try to close and get an error message. I leave to wizz, come back, and huzzah, the game is working. Sadly, i take two steps foreward and the window closes.

I try to relog back in-Disconnected.

I try to relog again, I get the most annoying message any Fiesta Fan could EVER get "The server is full, try again"

Now...Due to censors that are here to keep the minds of children pure...I cannot express myself as I normally would. So know now, saying im "mad" is a terrible understatement.

Make a new server damnit...Why? Because people like me, who have been playing on a beloved server for some time (cough -Bijou - cough), don't feel like putting up with this.

Honestly. Make a new server and put a rule like

"Anybody who joined before x date can stay, but all else must move to x" Server.

Its not mean, really.
Whats mean is making me wait to play while Joe Shmoe over there spends several hours in an AFK store. Or while Little Billy who just started is sitting in roumen trying to figure out how to do the soulja boy.

This is getting out of hand. When all servers read "High" somebody should've done something smart.

When accounts are stuck to a server, you need to do things like this. It isnt like a certain game -where names like Kids Ranqe and Zezima are widely known- where you can move your character around between servers...There you really dont need things like this.

So implement some way to move the excess from here...because my friend is prolly po'ed at me because he thinks i ditched him.

There's nicer ways to ask for a server.

also, putting people that joined after a certain date in another server isn't mean, but unfair.

I say they do what they did last time:
Make any new person go into the new server and after an amount of time let them choose.
Also, no people should be moved after xx/xx/xx date because when there is a new server, there probably will be people from the other servers hopping to explore the new one.

New server would be nice. So far, I had not have this problem of "the server is full".

Indeed there are nicer ways to ask. But sometimes you can't just say 'please', OS doesn't always listen. There are many crappy things that have been put into this game in patches and they either can't or won't change them. But we really do need a new server, I agree with OP.

We're aware players want a new Fiesta server, and are currently evaluating the option.

However, moving characters between servers based on creation date or limiting certain servers to SparkIDs of a certain age isn't a viable option. Remember, you were a new players once too, and options like that only really work to segment and divide the community and keep friends from playing with one another.

Its nice to see a response from the makers (Or at least close enough)... Although it'd be nice to see GM's not entertaining themselves with our own misery.... Today I got disconected 7 times (Suprisingly little) And a recieve a message from [[GM]Silkypico] saying:

BEEJJOOWWWWW~~~~!!!!!
The Server is Full. Try again later.

I had no problem with what he said, but cmon don't mock us with problems that you haven't fixed... and probably won't ever fix.

What I am curious about is whether there are more people playing today, or if the servers are filling up for other reasons (For example; when OS moved servers, did they move to inferior ones?)

I think they may have just down-sized the servers, because the servers were always on low.... MAYBE medium.... and at a random time they moved to High all the time.... And now its christmas break and your going to have 1000's more people playing everyday...

a new server would equal more lag too, if you're imferring that outspark is the reason for the lag (which it isn't)

one server would be fine if there were enough bandwidth to support it, the servers are plenty big enough, as has been stated by gm's in other threads (because 95 threads weren't enough, i see someone made this one too), so really, making them 'bigger' wouldn't change anything either, just as adding one would eat up a hell of lot more bandwidth than just adding players into existing ones.

and as silky said, even if a new server did appear, you really think everyone would quit the other 4 to join that one? the existing servers would be just as 'full' (even though many areas of all servers are very deserted, even at busy times)

I have yet to play a game where there isn't the same issues as there are here, unless they are a multimillion dollar company and have enough servers to fill a warehouse.

Making people move to a new sever will not help any and is totally unfair. And yes it is Christmas break and there wil be alot more traffic on the site. With the economy the way it is less people will be traveling so alot more folks will be staying home this year.

The person that started this thread can't tell me they have never set up a shop, or just sat talking with friends so I really can't see why they should be complaining now.
