Hello, folks. I just came in to mention that our Helpdesk is currently down while we upgrade it. It was supposed to be an unnoticed transition, but we hit a bump. As a result, both the old and new systems are down. This means that no one will be able to submit a ticket or request help until we get it back up. I do apologize for this inconvenience. Maybe you could put up a thread for people to request help.

Depending on your question there is a section called troubleshooting you can post in. If its a report against a player DO NOT post any information on the forums. You need to wait until the new report system is available. I am sure they will have it back up and running soon
