Click on 'Options' at the top, and then click on 'Edit Signature' on the left side navigation.

As for the image, I made mine - I just took a screenshot, played around with it in an image editing program (I used GIMP), hosted it on a free image hosting service and voila! Siggy.

There are people in the Fan Art forum making signatures, so if you want a fancy one, wander over there and ask for one. :)
