Sword lodged in my head omg

A sword is like lodged in my head and every where i go it goes back and when i reinstall it there's ah shield in my head or a pair of shoes ?!?!?! can someone help me please i dont wanna walk around with a boot head server apoline jessie_4ways

This hasn't happened in a while but when it did I used the middle mouse button to scroll out and then back in and that fixed my problem.
