"Glory Set"??

So today I came across something I haven't seen in my year and a half of playing: a Dark-Blue (not normal blue or purple or anything I've encountered) ring that is part of a "set." It's apparently got some incredibly special benefits if combined with other items of the set (i.e. Glory Necklace).

Now, I've seen sets like this in other games, but never on Fiesta; What I'm wondering is, has anyone else seen this sort of thing on here before? Are they super-massively-rare? Or did Outspark just release them and forget to tell us about it?

We added Set Items to Fiesta in early November. As you collect and equip more pieces of a set, you're rewarded with powerful set bonuses.
