problem in turning a quest

Hi! I m here to ask whether theres any bug with the quest named 'Henneath Alliance Mission' because i m unable to turn in the quest as whenever i click on that NPC , the NPC doesn't speak to me at all . So i hope that this 'bug' will be fixed so that i can turn in this quest. Thank You

After searching it seems only one other person has posted this problem but they didn't get a reply either. The only other thing I found was this.


Quest Name : Henneath Alliance Mission
Starting NPC : Julian
Reward NPC : Julian
Reward : 4100 EXP, 15 Fame, 340c.
Mission : Talk to him.
