The description says Rabbit tail..

But in the store..

Last time OS released this pack, Was Offering The Rabbit tail, But it didnt come included with the pack..
How come?

yup, phoenix is right... the tail was a quest reward, it wasn't included in the original release of the Easter Pack.

You do realize that if people bought it expecting a tail, and thought the typo was a store, they could sue you for misadvertisement.

yup, phoenix is right... the tail was a quest reward, it wasn't included in the original release of the Easter Pack.

Perhaps, but I am assuming its a direct translation from Korea's version to English and perhaps the developers just decided to not include the bunny tail and ahem... failed to notify Outspark on the minor programming changes ^^;;;

In the future regarding all things with the cash shop, why not check my thread http://outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=95619. I literally do access to all previous cash shop costumes and I used the packs so I am quite aware of what's in the packs despite errors in the description, it you say you guys tons of headaches in near future. Nobody is perfect and mistakes will bound to happen, sometimes when doing any research you really should reference more than one resource to make sure the information being printed is accurate ^^.

people dont have time to read forums woman, if something is in the store and it says that its selling something included in the pack and its not there, then you have not gotten what you paid for, such things are not left to the pitty excuse "mistakes are bound to happen"
your post is irrelevan and without consideration, so i say to you, you should sometimes considerate what the person wants to get, and hopefully without mistakes.

as for outspark, you could get sued for such mistakes. It never hurts to double check everything.

Like every typo lol. I remember when I had to do that king coll quest and it said king cAll and so I spent 2 hours looking and asking where I can find a king call...lol

this definitely deserve some refund. maybe something to make up for that error, like a pair of glasses with 3% crit to replace the tail. ^^

outspark printed a retraction, corrected their mistake. dunno if anyone will get compensated for the error, but i wouldn't dwell on it so much... but maybe that's me.

as far as "suing Outspark" good luck finding a lawyer to take that case over an item that has no real value (virtual), or even if u placed a $ figure on the pack itself, is less than $10. waste of civil sevants' time.
