If people are breaking any of the rules (Harassment, Cursing etc...) in another language it's still reportable.

Its in the ToS i think. No matter the language, people are reportable for bad language.
If they are truely cursing, you will probably know, even with little understanding of the language.

No it is not a waste of time.
If you see that someone is cursing in other language and of course you known what they talking about go ahead and report them.
For foul language there should be no place here no matter in what language is saying.
I too if i see that someone is cursing in my native language i will report him <even if i will see that someone will create offensive name using that language>.

It's not a waste of time. It's something I've been trying to push for in-game in regards to speaking English in public. We have it as a requirement on the forums but for some reason it's not manditory in-game. As such, we've more than once caught players swearing in other languages that some of us recognize.
If you ever feel someone is swearing in another language, always take SS of the convo and send them in an email to support@outspark.com

Just becuase you know some bad words in spanish doesnt mean they mean it towards you. Im spanish myself and i use alot of swearing when talking normally.(curse words?) and when i swear in spanish its never towards someone. SO just cause they swear doesnt really mean it towards someone. So think about it ^^;

They don't mean it in that context but that swearing in-game is extremely frowned upon, period, since the game is aimed towards younger players. :)

Regardless of what language someone uses, inappropriate language should be reported, as using "bad" words and harassing other players is against ToS.
Be sure to report any post you see in the forums that isnt' in English. Because our forum staff primarily speaks English, players should not post in other languages in the forums, as it prevents us from effectively moderating the Outspark forums.
