are all of the event items permanent becausenone of them have a time but kyle the storage keepers says permanent so are the other two?

i was wondering the same thingbecause i was going to buy the stockings to get the santa hat but if its not permanent i dont want to spend all the money on it

permanent: Slime head, Swirly glasses, Rudolph mini pet, Santa mini pet.
30days: Santa hat.
7days: Elf hat.

do you have to go to uruga for pets and elf hat

elf hat quests if given by curly in uruga. the pets are found in chests in any of the FBZ areas.
