Lmao they just suck their CSR team never replies back, we have a bunch of people who should, by their rules, be banned but they never reply back. They never read the issues about the servers and bugs in game. All they do is add stupid stuff that for some reason is supposed to be awesome but it epically fails. I dunno, they better start doing stuff soon or else myself along with many other people will just quit it all together.

Idk, I've actually gotten a quick response from the CSR team every time I contact them. The last few times I messaged were either a. random, or b. voicing popular concerns from the forums that I thought needed to be addressed. I got a response...at the latest...two days afterwards, most of the time it was same day. I don't think their CSR team sucks, I think they're just busy.

However, we really do need a new server implemented soon. More and more people are getting 'full' messages and are unable to play. I wonder what caused this sudden jump in population from low to full over such a short span of time o.o

Apparently new beauty shop options are being added very soon.
Edit: I just logged in, the beauty shop got updated with this patch. However, some of the hair styles are glitched and nearly all of the new faces/hair styles have weird symbols for titles.
