There is a mysterious ticking noise in Roumen!

I, and many others, have heard a strange ticking noise in the small town. The location is between the two small houses farthest to the left on the edge of town. Am I merely not seeing the source, or is it some sort of glitch, or what?

I just went roumen aftering noticing this thread and yea, theres a ticking noise extreme left of the guild manager. Though it doesn't seem to bother anyone' gameplay except to indulge one's curiousity *whats that noise?* :)

Yes, I noticed it too, I just assumed there was a clock tower nearby...though I've never seen it. I'll go look! *dashes away*
