SouthPark recruting lvl 40-59

SouthPark is a guild not meant to be the best, but to have everyone generally at the same lvl so you can always find a party. I have found that there are many guilds with alot of people having huge level differences. this can be a major problem especially when you cant find a party. this is why its lvl 40-59.
