Wondering if anyone else had this fail problem

Ok well I am trying to get my friend to join fiesta again because she quit.
well she doesnt remember her Email address...well logical thought was **goes and presses forgot email button** well we entered her S/n and well...it sends you an email...to the email address registered for that S/N....well...that doesnt help since she doesnt remember it=/ Fail button
Anyone know how we should recover her email?

She could either get a new account or look through ALL of her email addresses for the e-mail.

you dont' need ur email to log into the game you can use ur Forum name to log in all you need is a forum name and your password to loginto it if she has that then she can loginto the game unlesss she's trying to access the forum or the CS store she won't be able to ;s but she can still play i guess <.<"

Only the early joiner can use the forum name, the later joiner will need to use the e-mail address to log on only and the password will need to have a digit in it.

I guess the best way is type in all e-maill address she ever use to try the reset password.
