I nid a little help here

I cant see my party chat when im in the party chat box.. but i can only see my party chat whenever im in the normal chat box.. can someone help me out here??:confused: I've tried to reset interface but to no avail!:(
its quite troublesome for me to see my party chat only when im in my 'normal chat box'
