Beauty coupon not working

I bought a coupon to pick a new hairstyle, but when I click apply it says I need a coupon, but I have 1 in my inventory :/

I checked first without a coupon to see if it would say anything about a premium coupon, but it didn't, so I bought a coupon.

First I buy a easter pack only for the rabbit tail to find it not being in the pack while it said it did.
And now the coupon is not working >.<

Have you tried right-clicking out the SC invent first? It needs to pop out of there before being used ._.

After spending I dunno how much sc I know how to use it XD
And it just doesn't work.

I guess we need a premium coupon or something...
But why doesn't OS say that if we do >.<
I didn't buy a coupon right away, first I checked if it would say something about a premium coupon and it didn't.

I just hope it's a bug or something ._.

On the Updated Beauty Coupon thread, a few people were discussing that they wouldnt be surprised if there was a different coupon for the new hair/face/color option. BUT if you dont need a new coupon, then maybe you just can't use it yet until the 31st.

I can log on to dangerous but im stuck in fbz 3 and celcius is stuck in fbz 2 ( map under maintenance cant even log on) and theres a lvl 3x cleric i havent tried o.o;

When I selected the Beauty Coupon from the cashshop, this is what it says (notice the Premium Item text):

So I assumed that it would have been usable. But when I read that it wasn't working, I'll just wait to see when it is usable and if we need to get a new coupon.

yup once a new patch is made their is always somethin wrong with somethin old like the coupons or being locked in FBZ I remember after 1 patch I got stuck in SEG and I posted somethin about it waited 3 days for a responce then gave up I deleated my charater that was their (lvl 35 fighter) remade it and started from scratch and once I made 35 again (witch was 2 days after I remade it) a CS came and talked to me after the fact wondering what I did but what I thought was weird was everytime I tried to log in the screen would just turn white and then my comp would freeze but after I remade my charater it was fine

it hasnt been applied yet..they are just testing it out im sure.it says the release date is the 31st...whther you see it or not..you will not be able to aply until its release. Whether it is the same coupon or not we will not know until the release date. but by the phrasing used in the upcomming event page...it sounds like a different coupon. We will only know for sure if an outspark employee replies on this thread or when the patch is issued.

I understand how to purchase the coupon (which I did), but how do you actually 'spend' or use it? When I click apply, it says that I need a coupon (which I already have)... Does it show up in your inventory? Someone said something about righ-clicking the sparkcash to 'pop it out'... what does this mean?:confused:

click the right inventory bag for premium items, there you see your coupon, right click on it to have it in your inventory.

the 31st when they are announced as officially released. they might be visible right now, but they have yet to be released so they have yet to be appliable.

Seems kinda stupid to have two different beauty coupons, personally. It wouldn't allow you to mix and match the looks from basic and the new style. :/ so...

If it hasn't been applied yet, it shouldn't be in Vietree. People are spending money/sparkcash on beauty shop coupons now. If they want people to see what is new, they could post SS's in the forums.

Also if a different coupon is going to be needed, then it should say so when you click apply. Hopefully they will honor ALL beauty shop coupons until they get this straightened out. If they are going to require a different coupon then impliment that later.

Many will be getting gifts & sparkcash for the holidays, & it would be nice if they had this fixed before people wasted their money on something they can't use.

I gifted someone a beauty shop coupon this morning for one of the new hairstyles, hopefully it won't be a waste of my sparkcash.

Well, if you look in the Beauty Shop there are several tabs, Basic and Premium styles. I'm assuming that the basic is what we've been working with so far, and that these new styles are the "Premium" styles that will require a different coupon.

Yep that's what I thought too, so I tried it out, like I said first I clicked without having bought a coupon to see if it would say "you need a premium coupon" and it didn't.
So I thought it was save to buy a normal coupon.

If you purchased a Beauty Shop Coupon (Basic) in order to access the "Premium Type" customization options, please contact Outspark support by following these steps:

1. Log into your account on the new customer support website (http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/answers/list).
2. Click the "Contact a CSR" button.
3. Include the name of your character that has the Beauty Shop Coupon (Basic) and the server that character is on.

that really suck. i have a lot of vday pack i got with the coupon that i will not be able to use on the new stuff.
most of my character already have the basic and i was thinking i would be able to use him when you updated the Beauty Shop.

you know you have just made a lot of people mad because now many of us have the basic coupon just waiting for the update on the new stuff. now we are not able to use it.
you really should be told us this a long time ago so we could plan for it and not buy so many vday pack with that coupon bound to us.

Of course a new more expensive coupon will be needed for *premium* looks. Yes I bought a basic coupon and tried to do the premium look so I just had a makeover anyway :D BUT I will still be one of the first to buy a new premium coupon and apply it. Already got my new look picked out and cant wait to apply it.

This is maddening I cna see the hair styles and new faces but no new colours showing up I've PMed a GM but no response I don't understand what going on :eek:
