Resolution and screen size

Starts out in like 3/4 of the screen mode if i hit the Alt Tab and go to desktop and go back its in full screen mode like it should be however the cursor doesn't work but like its still in 3/4 mode and will not click on anything

Have you tried adjusting everything under the options tab in game?

Set resolution?

Toggle windowed mode on/off?

I havn't changed anything from when i first started the game.. and it no longer go's to full screen. I can try to find the tabs and play with them

bottom right or just press "esc" ( escape) button.
