ok so i went to buy outspark cash i only wanted to try 5$ first incase this happend cause this happend to my sis several months ago i typed in all my card info and everything it said card declined and took 5$ from my card and didnt give me points now im very mad so if someone could please help me that would be great ^^ thanks
