I got some problem !:confused: That's the skill empower , i can't learn it athought i do all of it's request ! i can't choose the skill and put it into the empty box to learn the skill :mad:. Can anybody help me ! thank you very much :)

Once you place a skill into the Empower window you can click on the Up arrow on any of the empowerment choices provided. As long as you have skill points to use, which will be indicated in your skill window, you can empower a skill.
Also note that you cannot empower Passive skills.
