Slimes

i started my mage and i couldn't hurt any right outside the village. That wasn't a big problem, but now i'm looking right outsid the village and there is a sea of those purple little slimes and it's a little difficult to get across them. I hope i'm not the only one who has this problem. They are all in Idle state and it slighly gets bigger.
I leave and come back and sit slowly happens again.
