??? SoS <==> Xenepic Online ???

I have recently often read about Xenepic Online, but what is the meaning of this?
Is SoS a simple copy with english translation?
Is SoS based on the same engine?
Is there the same story?

Xenepic is the original Japanese game.

SoS is simply an older and translated version of the same game. They do however have the source code and will be able to add in new monsters, items, quests, npcs, etc. etc.

Hmm... now i´m a little bit dissappointed, don´t get me false, i´m very happy that such games like fiesta and sos are existing, but to know that the game is a older version of a japanese game... it simple take a little bit glamour of the game. Why not play the japan version?, i can´t speak japanese, but this would not be the big problem.

However, i´m looking forward in the future, i´m sure that SoS will be a great game.

I'm sure Outspark will make SoS into their own thing, but developing a game takes a lot of time and a fairly large development team (to put together a great game). Outspark's a fairly new company, so at least their starting off with something not quite so difficult to do.

In time, SoS will become completely different from Xenepic and have it's own style.
