Ok i had just boughted a christmas tree lucky ball today and i did a remi rare item yesterday and got a hat from remi. When i went onto my account both of the items wasnt there in my purchase item. Could anyone please help me thank you.

If it isn't in there, then you should check which account you used the sparkcash on.

i only have one account and i only use my sparkcash on my account and its still not there...
