I don't care how many threads there are on this subject, I demand to know when Outspark is going to fix the summon skill.

I did not pay perfectly good REAL money to get married on BOTH of my main characters and have one of the MAIN reasons I got married just up and stop working.

I also don't appreciate looking everywhere for an answer to this and not seeing one. People PAY to be able to summon, and as such I fully expect to see a reply from Outspark regarding this situation.

You're like a child thrown a tantrum and will cry, stomp their feet, yell, and everything else until you get what you want.

Guess what? Do all of the above, it's not going to make things happen any faster. It's stupid to believe such in the first place, let alone demand such. You already stated there's other threads about it and yet you're dumb enough to post another "demanding" an answer. Gee, wonder what the other threads got that you will be getting as well from all this?

Hint: Words that start with "nothing" (nada, zip, zilch).

I was the first to report this months ago now, got an email saying they would fix it and still nothing O.o what's going on Outspark?

k7leetha, I agree with you. People really paid for this, and what do we get? A bug of course! =/ I know there is a lot of things that needs to be fixed, but this is a big problem. And like Plushii told he got an email where they tell they're fixing it but nothing happened yet. Why they can't just say they won't fix it yet then?

And you. People can have their opinions. And, there is the Bug reporting section 'cause we can report the bugs. And this is a bug.
You sure know that this section would be pretty empty if we couldn't complain. ;)

Mr. Know It All, I married my real life wife in game on 2 characters. I did marry for the bond, but I paid for the perks, get it?

And how people choose to use their marriage that they paid for is none of your business.

I cant stand this bug!! It's annoying trying to summon your spouse to get a quest you both need done but cant because the skill is not working. Please outspark fix this one asap thanks

I married for the bond but i still want to be able to use the skills to. Its frustrating not just when u want to quest together but also if u want to just have a quick hug with your partner and your in a hurry.

i know, My Boyfriend and I paid for the summoning skill when we decided to get married in-game, and want to be able to summon each other when needed. But we found that we can't summon to maps with portal guards. We can't summon to Eld or Sea of Greed but can summon to Vine Tomb b/c there is no portal guard. Try it. This all started when the x-mas patch came out in November. Hope they fix it soon, :(

I agree with this post. As you I paid real money to get my char married online and the summon skill is esential to me and my partner because it saves us a lot of time (since when we re online we party together all the time). At the very moment we paid real money that makes us customers who paid for a "service" (in which i dont recall reading in the description of it "bugs are included), an as such, we have the right to demand an answer when we re not getting what we paid for, like with this bug.

On new year's eve I whispered Sking and I was told this bug was gonna be fixed this week or maybe the next one.

But what really makes me think about using more SC is the lack of responses for the CRS. Yeah I Know this is not the propper way to contact a CRS but I tried to contact them by submiting tickets 3 times and still I didnt got any response, not even a "HI". :(

Right now, you are nothing more than common thieves. All we've been asking for is to be told what's going on and when we can expect it to be fixed.

You can't just take people's money and deliver a broken product, that's called FRAUD, and I'm getting sick of it, Outspark, Onsoft, whoever is in charge.

If I may.

Unfortunately it is out of Outspark's hands. I say this because OnsOnSoft is the company that issues the patches (and is the creator of Fiesta).

What does this mean? It means Outspark submits stuff that needs addressing. OnsOnSoft then works on a patch. Weather or not the submissions get addresssed or not is ultimately up to OnsOnSoft.

Outspark can ask, request, and submit until the earth dies of old age but until OnsOnSoft gets around to issuing the fix it stays broken. :(

So do I contact OnsOnSoft directly to tell them get off their collectively lazy duffs? I am considering legal matters, as this just wreaks of fraudulent business. And no, not just because of this 1 thing...it will be a large list of what's wrong with my accounts right now.

ok heres a little something for you guys.
This is not a marriage summon alone problem
Academy masters are supposed to be able to warp to their players whenever, wherever.
HOWEVER.. depending on the map and amount of lag and the overall fullness of the server, this is rarely possible.
i suggest you try testing it abit that way you can point out abit more specifically whats the cause of the problem because i agree it sucks that its not being taken care of but then again they don't play enough to know what you ppl know.
so give them a break and look into it and post your findings.

I agree. I paid REAL money and want to be able to summon. They should be fixing this problem ASAP or they should start refunding !!!!!!

lol unless someone actually wants to try filing a lawsuit with outspark or the company i don't think outspark is gonna refund.
btw check the ToS if they actually allow you to sue them then im suprised lol

I don't get it Onsoft or however its spelt charges Fiesta for all these patches and updates, and there is always sometihng wrong with them, surely even a poorly educated person would understand not to pay for a broken thing, if a plumber came to your house to fix a faulty tap, fixed it then tells you he made a small error that means you won't be able to use any water at all for the next week you wouldn't pay him, infact you would give him a right smack and sue him.

WARNING: I read the first few posts and started replying.

What my husband and I found out was that it was mainly Uruga that had the problem. If one of you is in Uruga, it usually will not work. One time I was in Uruga and he was in Burning Rock, and he could not summon me. I start running to BR, and when I'm in AEW, the summon works. Then the next day when I was in Elderine and he was in BR, he warped me perfectly. Uruga warping SOMETIMES works. And it does work if both are in Uruga.

So we've found out what's up. But Uruga is a popular place to be at, and if anyone's like me, it's laggy and takes forever to get out of there sometimes. And the main point is, this needs to be fixed, it's really lame since people DID pay real money. Sorry to say this, but this game runs on Sparkcash. And now even THAT is bugging out? :/

no its not a Uruga problem . its more like a distance problem , i can be in Uruga and as my partner gets closer to me map wise such as he enters SEG my skil will work. we have noticed this in many different locations.

Look, you can't sue outspark (ToS, everyhting in-game is theirs, so what the heck would you sue for? You also know this is open Beta, so there are bugs, and the fact that you signed up for an open beta means you should know that there are still bugs in the game. SO drop the sue topic)

On another note, I never had trouble, although it was quite awhile ago. After which patch did you start noticing this?

Well I had this problem today too... The strange thing is:

PARTNER (ancient elven woods) summons ME (uruga): FAIL
ME (scaffold execution grounds) summons PARTNER (ancient elven woods): SUCCESS
PARTNER (scaffold execution grounds) summons ME (uruga): SUCCESS
ME (ancient elven woods) summons PARTNER (ancient elven woods): SUCCESS
PARTNER (ancient elven woods) summons ME (scaffold execution grounds): FAIL

Conclusion:
Ancient elven woods is bugged while summoning partners. I didn't test it on other area's, but outspark should fix it as soon as possible, please!
