That's pretty high for a level 60 +9 bow. My level 70 crossbow +9 has a bit more damage. However, this is a bow and it's level 60.:p

If it seems to show alot more damage then an archer with a +9 BK then he's charmed.

Your defense is way too high. My fighter has 1.4kdef (almost 1.5k) using a BK axe. If i use t4 def scrolls it would be around 1.6 or 1.7k. I have 500+ end or maybe 550+ and you have 4xx. Why is that almost equal or higher than my def? Im a fighter and fighter gears have higher defense and additional defense when you enhance them to +9
