Why is it rarer to see a high level archer?(Read Me!)

why are high level archers rarer than other high level classes?
Especially powerful high level archers (in comparison with other classes) :P
a better question...
If i don't have a high level farming class like a level 85+ knight, how do i obtain 6ap gears and + them by the time i get to my high levels.
Seems I'm level 66 and only really able to afford a 6ap bow and xen that up, if not much else. I need loot, and its hard to come by. Any advice would be appreciated @.@
Also i ran into a very unmotivating person in game, has a level 91 archer, and 5 other alts level 50+. Was playing on his level 66 rogue, went on talking about how much assassins pwned in pvp, and that archers vs. assassins their level can only hit about 1-2 when they do hit and can RARELY even hit with sins insane dodge capabilities... any feedback on to whether this is the case or not?

I'm not so sure about high archers being rare. O.o Archers are the overpowered class in this game, and as far as I can see they're all over the place.

Scouts and archers can't AoE like knights can, but because scouts don't use too many mp pots or hp pots, you should be getting enough kron to buy some ap6 gear. That's the simplest way, at least, unless you solo an insane amount and are lucky. Getting a bow is probably most important anyway. It's great and all to not get hit for so much...but if someone is getting hit way too many times as a scout or archer I guess they're not using their character right. >.<; (not meaning to say that directly at anyone)

Yes, rogues and sins are very hard to hit in pvp. >.<; I have a screenie of one being completely surrounded by scouts and archers and still surviving (he survived for 5 minutes or so because we could hardly hit him). Scout can run out of kron easily, especially lvl 66+, but scouts can AoE with good gears, (ive seen many cashless scouts AoEing because its the easiest way for them to lvl, 66+ as cashless its hard to kill mobs your lvl with one ankle bind, so dangerous and expensive x.x)
To make cash solo you have to find maps that have a higher drop rate, as scout these include, beltran, west essene (before the desert, seriously that place sucks for drops, some people like to train in west eir, in the deserts, but the drops are so few x.x, and in the middle of the desert a guild member of mine on a disc could AoE loren, but still got hit for decent dmg by the mobs in the desert, its seriously a horrible place), then west and east candyvault (2 or 4 maps west is best for drops at lvl 54+, i used to earn uber kron here), north eir, and all the maps between north eir and east candy vault (in the 6x's going east candy and heading towards eir and finding a map you're comfortable with is good for xp and drops) then theres loren, or north from jot 3 maps and beyond.
I find chant isn't very good for drops, and the amount of time it takes to kill the mobs means even less drops compaired to somewhere like loren, where you kill faster and they seem to drop more anyway, although chants good for xp :P

as archer i know all the ice maps are good for drops, including edine

As for the high lvl archers, theres plenty of them, its just they become inactive, a lot of the highest lvl archers are on a break until ranger because they are already at a high enough lvl to change class x.x (or close anyway)

there may be like more archers but how many of them are actually good? Sadly with the unknown books not a lot :(
