Account glitch

I think my account is glitched =/....

I bought some sc so i cud gift someone and it say i had tooo reach lvl 15 to gift EVEN tho i am lvl 15!!!!

also with this sc i bought a wedding application which is now sitting in my inventory, however i cannot get married...

any clues....

Well did you use a wedding ring to marry a person/does the other person have a Wedding Application too ??Did you talk to the weddng lady yet ??
