oO either its a town or pvp xD thats where it mostly happens to me O= usually i fully relog and it goes away o.o;

Shut down my comp.... turned it on, worked fine:)!

This happened to me a fair bit while trying to get into Bijou. Usually happened when the servers were on High status.
