harrasment or threating?

oki umm .-. ..... so ya ish this considered a harrasment or being threated?
oki i have had it with this nub he threats about reporting in pvp which u can't do, well on Friday he kepts killing meh a whole lot when i get my main on i scared him off by killing him but when i do he tends to hug meh and saying HIKI! -_- that kinda ticked meh off a bit and he always do it! and today, hes complaining about spawn killing and threats to report well my friend was the one who did that, buts now he was being a jerk "slowy" going to gatekeeper and get attacked then left! i mean who in the world would do that?! >< i truely think he should get reported but before that i need your guys opinon i know its pvp and can't get reported but ya i want your opinon about this act.

If you can get some pictures about him harassing you then report him.Its a violation of the Terms of Service to Harass/Threating,he is ruining the game environment and is breaking the rule.If you want to you can even sue him,threatening someone is like saying that you WILL do it.

(1) please do not post his name because it would appear to be blacklisting

(2) Try to handle it in a private manner if you can. If you think that he is harassing you and will not stop to the point where he is interfering with your gameplay... Submit a ticket/report on the new Customer Service website (link on my signature). Include your in game name and server and other people who were involved in the issue + some screenshots for proof. Make sure to log on before you submit your ticket.

theres 1 thing though i don't have the screenshot folder in my files =/ dunno why its weird but i've editing though ty for checking the errors .-.
