Protecting error: 103/ Fiesta.bin

Anyone know *** is "Protecting error: 103"?Or "Fiesta.bin" I get these error when I wanna go to CP or sometimes pvp kq and its automatically quits fiesta.(for these map only for now)Is it only for me?;/ (And yea on any of my charas)

Nevermind sent ticket to CSR hopes he answers, and jerry, I reinstalled fiesta like a week ago.
