no server???

Every time i try to play (i followed all the download and patch stuff, and logged into the launcher) i get to the server select screen and it tells me no server connection. are they down? overloaded?? not available for canadians?!?! I know my internet connection is good (i have highspeed dsl, and have run diagnostics multiple times) and my computer meets all requirements. I just spent over 2 hours setting this thing up just for it tell me i cant log in. That on it's own isn't as much of a bugger, but when i get to the point where it wont let me log into a server, the game freezes (after telling me i have no server connection) and i have to reset my computer. every time i do that i have to run a systems check to make sure the reset hasn't damaged my pc. so i'd like to know if this is fixable (you would know, since it's obviously a problem with your programming). i'm dissapointed and really wanted to play this game.... but removing it is always an option too.

It sounds like either your computer is underpowered to handle the game or you have a firewall blocking your way into the game. Or both..
