Cannot See Damage?

Hello Guys,

I'm new to this game,and like when i play everything worked like i see everybody,but everytime my character hits a monster damage won't come up instead it shows like a white box, everytime it is hit. Is this a glitch or no?
I would Appreciate if someone helps me!

It's a glitch.
My only advice is to uninstall and reinstall and if that doesn't work, you'll need someone smarter than me. :P
