I have downloaded this game 3 times now, it continues to do the same thing everytime. I see a white screen for a second or two and then everything disappears. Please anyone with suggestions would be greatly appriciated. Please respond to this thread.........

First thing we can do to help you if you could tell us what kind of stats are on your computer:
- How much RAM does it have?
- What kind of OS (Operating System)
- Does it have a active firewall?
- What kind of Video Card?
- Are the drivers updated for it?
- Do you have DirectX 9.0c installed?

Same pblm for me... just read somewhere that its bcoz am not in the minimum requirements, but i thk i am actually in the recommended specs!!
my specs:
OS Windows XP Pro SP2 with latest updates
CPU AMD Sempron(tm) 2800+
RAM 1GB
HD Space 3GB
Graphics Card nVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400 64MB
DirectX DirectX 9.0c
Connection Speed DSL 512kpbs
firewall - zonealarm (not blocking...)

It could be me but it looks like the graphics card may be part of the problem. RAM is good and everything else looks good but for some reason the GC is sticking out as a possible reason.

but its said geforce mx or higher... i need to have a specific reason y its not good so i can fix it... u dnt seem to be sure urself...
well i'll try a few things else am sticking to WoW... (yes WoW works fine with this GC btw...)
